Description of the Building

A three star hotel, a welcoming antique building that was recently remodelled, situated in the historic centre of the town. It houses a main entrance, bar and dining area that serves breakfast.

It is recommended for singles and families that want to spend a unusual holiday in an ancient village.

It is possible to combine the beauty of the sea (the famous Pietragrande sea cliff which is not even 5 minutes by auto) and the peace and coolness of the evening in a town filled with antique traditions. It is 380 meters above sea level.

The rooms

The hotel has 16 large and bright rooms with baths, included also is a small apartment with a independent entrance.

Each room has all the comforts: TV, refrigerator bar, hairdryer and telephones.

Accommodations for small families are also available.

On the panoramic main terrace which serves as a solarium, it is possible to admire the magnificent Gulf of Squillace.

Building and services

Available to the guests is a Restaurant-Pizzeria “U Lavatoiu” where it is possible to eat the typical local dishes and daily fresh seafood dishes.

Within a short distance, organized by the town, there is a shuttle bus that permits you to easily reach the beach at different times of the day.
